incCOMMUNICATIONS™ Services is seeking a .NET Full-Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using .NET, Azure, Angular, and modern API technologies.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while contributing hands-on to architecture, development, cloud implementation, AI-enabled solutions, and end-to-end delivery.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and Angular.

Design secure and scalable REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- 03
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and establish coding and architecture standards.

Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- 06
Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment through sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Build cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL, and Application Insights.

Integrate AI and generative AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Implement security using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, managed identities, and role-based authorization.

Support CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
What you bring
Required skills
- 01
12+ years of software-development experience, including technical lead responsibilities.
- 02
Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework Core.

Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
- 04
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

Experience with Azure cloud services, SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse.
- 06
Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.

Experience delivering enterprise applications within corporate-services or shared-services environments.
- 08
Experience working with architecture teams and product owners to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and ownership of application delivery throughout the software-development lifecycle.

Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application monitoring.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.

- Experience in financial services, corporate services, or another regulated enterprise environment.
- Experience with GraphQL, Kafka or Azure Service Bus, Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.
- Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications and implementing secure enterprise AI solutions.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development.
